FEATURES OF STRESS REACTIONS IN COLLEGE STUDENTS DURING THE SESSION PERIOD
Abstract. The article is devoted to the actual problem of identifying the dynamics of the development of stress resistance of College students from 1 to 4 years, which occurs during the preparation and passing of exams and is often accompanied by negative emotions. With the correct organization of the pedagogical process, educational activities can be a means of self-affirmation, increasing personal self-esteem, and manifest as eustress. Meanwhile, it should be recognized that students ' anxious experiences during preparation and exams are accompanied by distress, which exacerbates stress reactions. During the exam session, College students are faced with a set of synergistic factors that lead to a surge in stress responses. Methods of correction of the psycho-emotional state allow the student to maintain stress resistance in accordance with the individual psychological psychotype. Stress resistance of a College student develops in the presence of psychological training.
