VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY IN THE CONTEXT OF DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL ACTIVITY OF TEENAGERS

Abstract.  The authors analyze the essence and features of volunteering. Much attention is paid to the development of social activity of adolescents in the context of volunteer activities. The author's definition of volunteering is given, as well as a description of the main advantages of volunteering in the development of social activity of adolescents. The importance of adolescence in the context of the development of social activity is emphasized due to its interest in self-knowledge and self-development, the search for ways of self-realization, awareness of the importance of forecasting and planning a life path.
