THE ASMR PHENOMENON OF AUTONOMOUS SENSORY MERIDIONAL REACTION: THE ANALYSIS OF LINKS AND TRIGGERS
Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of the Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) phenomenon and the research conducted in this field during the last 5 years. The study of the psychological and physiological effects of ASMR is particularly relevant for the growing public acceptance of ASMR media suggests that people are increasingly using ASMR video as a therapeutic tool, including sleep disorders, mood disorders and feelings of insecurity about the future.
