PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTH-SAVING COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS
Abstract. The article describes the results of an experimental study to study the development of health-preserving competence of teachers. The specifics of the health-preserving competence of teachers, methods of working with teachers in the space of a general education school, psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of the competence of teachers in the field of preserving and strengthening the health of subjects of the educational process are revealed. The key condition for the development of this competence is revealed – the formation of all components of the structure of health-preserving competence at a high level and the presence of relationships between its components.
